The Digital Paladin Maturity Framework assesses the effectiveness of an organisation’s digital and ICT functions, capabilities and investments. The framework is based on synthesis of experience across multiple organisations and industry best practice. It is particularly focused on linkages with an organisation’s broader objectives and outcomes and has six elements:
- Alignment with the organisation’s strategy
- Contribution to risk management and mitigation
- Enablement of customer experience
- Value for money of digital and ICT operating costs and investments
- Key capabilities including people, processes and toolsets
- Commitment to ongoing organisational renewal.
Future posts will cover each of these six elements in more detail.
