There have been four major inflexion points in in the evolution of human knowledge and technology. The first three were speech, writing and printing. Each in turn accelerated the rate at which knowledge was shared and leveraged. The digital era is the fourth and most dramatic inflexion point in human history and is changing the way we live, work and relate to each other.
